Every row in a pilot is reviewed by a person before it goes out, and you get the backfill and the weekly call. It is closer to a service than a subscription, and it is credited back if you stay.
Tell us at any time, or at the weekly review. We stop, and any week after week one with nothing delivered is refunded. Week one is never refunded; that is setup.

Texas public records carry no use restriction and the statute requires the notices to be published. We redistribute facts, not the applicant's documents. What you do with a row is up to you and your own outreach rules.
A bid listing is an auction you have already joined: by the time a job is out to bid, the field is set, and you are one name among many. We tell you when the county posts the notice, while the owner is still deciding and nothing has been awarded. What you do with that head start is your choice.

Pro is one metro or any twelve counties, whichever fits your patch. Twelve is the largest metro plus one, so choosing counties never leaves you with less than choosing a metro.
